  1. Permitted Use

1.1 Authorized Users: Our hosting service is intended for use by authorized users only. Authorized users include individuals or organizations who have validly subscribed to our service and agreed to the Terms of Service.

1.2 Lawful Use: Users of TRUX Cloud must use the service for lawful purposes only. You are responsible for complying with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.

  1. Prohibited Activities

2.1 Unauthorized Access: Users must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any remote desktop, account, data, or other information belonging to other users or any third party.

2.2 Misuse of Resources: Users must not engage in any activity that may result in excessive consumption of resources, including CPU, memory, or network bandwidth, or any other action that may disrupt or degrade the performance of our service for other users.

2.3 Illegal Content: Users must not use the remote desktop hosting service to store, transmit, or distribute any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, offensive, or otherwise objectionable.

2.4 Copyright Infringement: Users must respect the intellectual property rights of others and must not use the service to host, distribute, or share any copyrighted materials, software, or media without appropriate authorization.

2.5 Malicious Software: Users must not upload, distribute, or execute any malware, viruses, or any other harmful software that may compromise the security and integrity of our service or the data of other users.

2.6 Denial of Service: Users must not engage in any activity that may cause a denial of service attack or any other action that may disrupt or impair the availability of our service to other users.

3.1 Account Security: Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their account credentials. You must not share your login information with unauthorized individuals.

3.2 Reporting Security Issues: If you discover any security vulnerabilities or potential breaches on TRUX Cloud, please report them to our designated security team promptly.

  1. Compliance and Enforcement

4.1 Violation Handling: TRUX Cloud reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate actions, including warning, suspension, termination, or legal action, against users who violate this AUP or the Terms of Service.

4.2 Reporting Violations: Users can report suspected violations of this AUP by contacting TRUX Cloud’s support team.

5.1 Changes to AUP: TRUX Cloud reserves the right to update and modify this AUP from time to time. We will notify users of any material changes to the policy.
